Psyani's AI Generators encompass two main services: Psyani's Picture Maker, an AI-powered image generation service that allows users to create images based on text prompts, and Psyani's Video Maker, an AI-powered video generation service that allows users to create videos from images using advanced AI models. Both services utilize artificial intelligence to transform user inputs into dynamic visual content according to specifications.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of this service, you are solely responsible for:

  • All images and videos you create using the service
  • Ensuring generated content complies with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not using the service for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes
  • Respecting intellectual property rights of others
  • Not attempting to reverse engineer or exploit the AI models

4. Prohibited Content

You may not use this service to generate content that includes:

  • Illegal activities or content
  • Violent, hateful, or discriminatory content
  • Sexually explicit material
  • Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • False or misleading information
  • Harassment, bullying, or threatening content
  • Content that violates privacy rights

5. Intellectual Property

Regarding intellectual property:

  • You retain ownership of images you generate using the service
  • You grant us a non-exclusive license to use generated content for service improvement and operation
  • We do not claim ownership of user-generated content
  • You are responsible for ensuring your generated content does not infringe others' rights

6. Privacy and Data

Our privacy practices include:

  • Generated images are stored according to your account tier

  • Guest images are not permanently stored

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or technical issues. We are not liable for any service interruptions.

8. Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

  • We are not responsible for content generated by users
  • We are not liable for how users interpret or use generated images
  • We do not endorse or approve user-generated content
  • Users are solely responsible for their created content and its consequences
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service (if any)

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Psyani's Picture Maker, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

10. Account Tiers and Limits

Service limitations by account type:

  • Guest Users: 5 images per day, no permanent storage
  • Free Users: 20 images per day, 250MB storage limit
  • Premium Users: Unlimited images, expanded storage (if available)

11. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable laws. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate our policies. However, we are not responsible for monitoring all user-generated content in real-time.

12. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
